A recipe book for fish, commissioned by Out of the Box for HAPO (Hellenic Aquaculture Producers Organization) & Fish From Greece.
It contains 56 recipes for all level cooks and note pages for comments.
The aim was to create a cookbook good enough for a gift and practical enough for all cooks. The spiral binding was ruled to be imperative so that the book could lay flat on the counter with the least body mass (thus the small size).
The book incorporates a notes page for every recipe as well as divider (finder) pages for each of the five fish categories used in this book. The last page consists of 24 detachable, perforated, bookmarks to mark recipes of interest.
